 Miles L. Plaskett focuses his practice on corporate, municipal and project finance, with an emphasis on renewable energy, infrastructure and development projects in the U.S., the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Caribbean and Latin America.  Mr. Plaskett represents corporate, municipal, utilities and private and sovereign investor and sponsor clients. He is also a member of the firm's Cuba Business Group and serves on the firm's Professional Standards Committee. Attorney Plaskett is a partner at Duane Morris Law Firm .

Mr. Plaskett is a member of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He is a 1988 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and a graduate of Georgetown University.

 William E.C.  Haston, Sr. retired as a member of FDIC's Legal Division at the end of 2023. William began his career in financial services as a Senior Executive and General Counsel in insurance and savings institutions. His FDIC service began in 1989, after which he soon became a Legal Division Section Chief supporting resolutions and asset disposition until separated by a reduction in force in 2001. William spent several years in private practice as a consultant to the USVI Governor's Stock  Exchange Task Force, as a managing partner of an oil and gas title firm and as counsel to an applicant for deposit insurance for a de novo US Virgin Islands financial institution. He served a tenure at SBA as a subject matter expert in lending related to commercial enterprises, manufactured housing, vessels and homesteads. William eventually returned to FDIC in 2009,  supported the structured sales partnerships in Washington D.C,, assisted in the establishment of the Mission Driven Bank Fund serving minority depository institutions and ended his career as a Resolutions and Receiverships Counsel in the Dallas Regional Office.

 John A. Clendenin is Founder, President & CEO of Inner Circle Logistics, Inc. internationally based on St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The company operates under special granted tax benefits as the Inner Circle Group (ICGroup), with several divisions that focus on the different aspects of corporate strategic operations. ICHosting provides co-lo data center operations in Saint Croix with an IoT data warehousing infrastructure, software and Application Service Provider (ASP) cloud platform specializing in global trade operations and content distribution. ICGroup is currently working on an intermodal Supply Chain Center of Regional Excellence (SCcORE) in New York and Saint Croix incorporating a “Smart City” vision for global logistics optimization.

 James Largotta is the founder and Manager of Sentegrity, LLC, and Sentegrity Advisors, as well as a founding member of Orlando Dreamers Sports Group, LLC, and Elligens, Inc., a business intelligence and AI company and is active in multiple other projects. At Sentegrity Advisors, James provides strategic counsel and advice to various companies andinvestment funds across the United States and Europe. Under his leadership, Sentegrity Advisors aims to become the leading advisory firm for small and middle-market companies. Before establishing Sentegrity Advisors, James founded SKCS, Inc., a financial software and advisory firm in New York City, in 1989. The firm expanded rapidly, opening offices in major cities around the world. Through partnerships with prominent companies such as NASDAQ, Reuters, Dow Jones Telerate, and Microsoft, SKCS provided global solutions and services throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

As founder of 5 STAR BDM, he provides AI-enhanced strategies to help healthcare and technology leaders achieve operational efficiency and growth. His roles with the National Association of Healthcare Executives (NAHSE) and HIMSS reflect his commitment to advancing healthcare connectivity. Grant’s expertise will strengthen SEDI-CASE’s mission by guiding initiatives that expand healthcare technology and digital integration across the Americas.

 Chris Principe has worked in International Trade as a consultant, trainer, banker, exporter/importer, financial solutions provider for over 30 years in sales, development, and delivery of products focused on International Banking covering Trade and Supply Chain Finance, Cryptocurrency, Cash Management, Payments, FX and Open Account Processing. Strategic focus on delivering Blockchain, and cloud deployment of financial services. After starting in banking, he founded Medi-Globe, in 1985, an Import/Export Management Company, which he sold in 1998. Since 1999, he has been dedicated to International Banking and has been to over 120 different countries. Mr. Principe brings a wealth of international business experience from the corporate perspective, as a customer of the banks and that of a banking software provider. Additionally, as the publisher of Financial IT (www.financialit.net) and FinFuture (www.fin-future.com) magazines and a partner in 4 different software companies of which 2 are doing work on the Blockchain gives him a broader background with a unique view to draw from. Chris is a futurist interested in the use of cryptocurrencies powered by blockchain as a reserve currency for global trade and to provide alternative financial power to people and businesses. He is the official Trade Finance Certificate Instructor for FIBA and Florida International University. Chris is an invited keynote speaker at international banking and fintech events and has authored over 35 articles. Mr. Principe holds a BA degree from Hawthorne College. innovator. Extensive background in advising new tech and startups and assisting inventors and founders of new industrial technologies through the commercialization maze. Rand’s career includes intensive periods assisting new industrial and environmental technologies through commercialization.  Zachary Harding is the Executive Chairman and co-founder of Delta Capital Partners, a Caribbean based Private Equity firm. Delta has investments in the Financial Services, Health and Wellness, E-commerce, Media and Entertainment, and Industrials. He was a member of the Forbes Business Council and was also named the Stockbroker CEO of the Year in Jamaica for 2021 by Global Banking & Finance Awards®.

Over the years, Harding has crafted a track record in senior management positions including CEO, Head of Strategy, Director of Marketing and other senior leadership roles at companies such as Appliance Traders Ltd, Wisynco, Red Stripe (Diageo) and Grace Kennedy Remittance Services Ltd. He was the first CEO of the Caribbean Climate Smart Accelerator, an initiative started by Virgin boss Richard Branson and three Prime Ministers from the Caribbean.

In 2012, Harding was named one of the “Top 50-under-Fifty Business Leaders Shaping Jamaica's Future” by the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica. In 2021 he was invited to be a featured speaker at TEDx Aston University, where he presented his decision-making model entitled – CARE-FUL decision making, a Formula for Success.

Harding has been dubbed a rain-maker and marketing guru based on several ground- breaking marketing campaigns and brand turnarounds. He is known for the marketing of brands such as Ocean Spray, Wata, Bigga, Smirnoff Ice, ATL and many others. His strategic acumen led him to be appointed as Special Advisor to the Minister of Tourism and Deputy Director at the Jamaica Tourist Board in 2007, where he helped to market Brand Jamaica. He was appointed by the Minister of Finance to serve on the Board of Caribbean Airlines Ltd, as well as the Audit Committee, and he was also appointed by the Prime Minister to serve on the board of JAMPRO where he chaired the Projects and Marketing subcommittee.

Previously, he has served on several other boards, including Port Authority of Jamaica, Jamaica Manufacturers’ Association, Urban Development Corporation, Jamaica Antidoping Commission, the Sports and Entertainment Network under the Ministry of Tourism, and the National Gallery.

He has invested heavily in the creative industries, funding and co-producing the documentary entitled “One People”
